TONE Health, based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Data we process

Identification and contact data: name, phone, WhatsApp, email address.
Sensitive health data: health history, medications, lab work, eating and physical-activity habits, body measurements. This data is collected only with your express consent and used exclusively to provide nutrition consultation services.

Purposes

Scheduling and providing nutrition consultations and follow-up.
Building your personalized nutrition plan.
Contacting you about your appointments and plan.
With your additional consent: sending you educational content and TONE Health service updates.

Transfers and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use technology providers (e.g., email, video-call and messaging services such as WhatsApp) that act as data processors and only handle data to operate the service.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights), or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hello@tone-health.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

If you believe your data-protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico's competent data-protection authority.
